As a convenience, clients may use Paypal to make fee payments. Please speak with the attorney before making any payments.

 

Paypal for Consultations:  Payments for consultations will be limited to a consultation only, and any further representation will require a separate written retainer agreement

 

 

Paypal for Representaton:  This payment option is offered as a convenience to clients.  Before an attorney-client relationship is established, the client must first enter a separate written retainer agreement with Brian A. Walker.   All terms relating to representation fees will be governed by the separate  retainer agreement.
