FEES FOR INJURY CLAIMS 

 

Consultations for personal injury claims are free.  If I provide representation for a personal injury matter, the fees will be contingent. That means that there will be no attorney fees unless I am successful in obtaining money for you.  The fees will be a percentage of the money I can recover for you.  

 

If costs have been expended in the process of representing you for your claim, costs will be separate from attorneys fees. In certain cases we may advance costs, and wait to be paid from any settlement proceeds or jury verdict.  All contingent fee arrangements will be in writing signed by both attorney and client.
